The Arcana 22 RTA DLC "Black Silk" is a DLC coated version of the high-end self-winding vaporizer from Arcana Mods and PIPELINE.

DLC ("Diamond-Like-Carbon") is a very high-quality carbon-based coating. The coating is very resistant and insensitive to scratches.

22 Arcana Tarot Cards, 22 mm Diameter, developed in 2022: The Arcana 22 RTA is the current high-end self-winding atomizer of the cooperation between the Asian modder "Arcana Mods" and PIPELINE.

This evaporator is designed for MTL vapers as well as for RDL and DL vapers (up to a maximum of 2.6 mm air, with the optionally available RDL or DL propellers). The Arcana 22? RTA is visually simple, with its small evaporator chamber very flavorful and particularly easy to use; if you turn the topcap counterclockwise, the liquid control is automatically closed and the topcap is opened, if you turn it clockwise, the topcap is closed and the liquid control is opened again. Compared to the Chariot, the distance to close the liquid control is significantly shorter. The LC is automatically closed even before the topcap is opened and opens again automatically as soon as it is closed again. So you open and close the topcap without noticing the opening and closing of the LC. When the LC is closed, the AFC is also closed.

The DLC version of the Arcana 22 comes with a "diamond kit" topcap, driptip base and AFC ring.

The tank holds 3.5 ml of liquid, despite the low height of only 34.5 mm.

The scope of delivery includes 4 airflow screws, which can be easily screwed in via the 510 positive pole without having to remove the winding. The adjustable airflow control can be used to control both the fine adjustment (with a larger AFC screw) and the air speed (with a suitable AFC screw).
For a particularly gentle vapor (e.g. with a liquid with a higher nicotine concentration), we recommend using the appropriate AFC screw with 4 to 6 open holes on the AFC (the more holes are open, the smoother the vapor becomes). For a stronger "flash" (pressure in the lungs), you should reduce the air by opening fewer air holes on the AFC ring. If you want an even stronger "flash", we recommend choosing a larger propeller and reducing the air via the AFC ring.

The Arcana 22 RTA is made of very high quality stainless steel 316L and comes with both a glass and a PSU tank. When installed, no O-rings are visible.
The deck is generously sized, for easy installation of the winding.
The drip tip is two-piece, the base is made of stainless steel, the mouthpieces are made of POM and is compatible with the Chariot mouthpieces. 

Notes:
- This is a self-winding vaporizer. It is delivered without winding, which must be done by yourself.
Self-winding vaporizers are suitable for advanced vapers.
- Please avoid opening the base. If you disassemble the base of your Arcana 22 RTA, please make sure that the AFC slot is correctly aligned during assembly.
- For NET Liquids, we recommend the 1.8 mm AFC pin. This is part of the optionally available RDL kit. You can set the desired tensile resistance here using the AFC ring.
- During the DLC coating of Arcana Mods products, the parts are exposed to an oven at 280°C for eight hours. As a result, yellowish or rainbow-coloured discolouration can occur in areas that are not coated - and therefore not visible from the outside - such as inside the fireplace.

Winding instructions Arcana 22 RTA:

COMMISSIONING

- Rotate and pull the tank upwards to release it from the base.
- Prepare a winding (we recommend a winding with an inner diameter of 2.5mm) and position it between the poles. Slide the wire ends into the slots provided and screw the pole screws tightly. Remove the wire ends, they must not come into contact with other components.
- The 510 positive pole with 1.2 mm air nozzle pre-installed in the scope of delivery can be replaced at any time, using a flat-head screwdriver.

INSERT COTTON WOOL

- Gently pull the cotton wool through the wrap.
- Cut both ends of the cotton wool flush with the base (22 mm) or alternatively at an angle. For an optimal result, we recommend that you cut the cotton wool at an angle.

- Thin out the cotton ends as needed (this is not mandatory for diagonally cut cotton wool) and place them in the cotton pockets provided for this purpose on the deck. You can now adjust the height of the winding if needed to tailor the vaping experience to your habits. However, we recommend leaving the height of the winding as intended.

FILLING THE TANK

If you turn the topcap counterclockwise, the liquid supply is closed and the topcap is opened. You can now remove the topcap and fill the tank with liquid through the two slots above the tank.
By turning the topcap clockwise, the topcap is closed and the liquidcontrol is opened. Your evaporator is now operational.

For transport, you can close the liquid control of the atomizer by turning the tank counterclockwise and open it again after transport by turning it clockwise.
The tank can also be pulled upwards when filled, but should not be tilted. Alternatively, the filled tank can also be removed overhead.
