The Chariot RTA high-end self-winding vaporizer from Arcana Mods, which received its final polish in cooperation with PIPELINE, is now also available in titanium.

This vaporizer is designed for both MTL vapers and restrictive DL vapers. The particularly small evaporator chamber is extraordinarily flavorful and develops a dense and lukewarm vapor.

The Chariot RTA Titan is made of the very hard titanium TI-6AL-4V (Grade 5) and is "diamond polished" highly polished. The special look is created by machine polishing, hand-polished reworking and natural oxidation. A polishing cloth is included to give the vaporizer its shine again at any time. The tank, topcap, chimney or bell and AFC ring are made of titanium, making them lighter and stronger than stainless steel. We have decided to manufacture the base from 316L stainless steel to ensure its suitability for everyday use (316L stainless steel has better electronic and thermal conductivity compared to grade 5 titanium).

For this titanium edition, a special tank and a "Diamond Cut" topcap were also visually designed.

The atomizer has a diameter of 23mm, the tank holds 4ml of liquid.
The Chariot RTA Titan is operated exclusively by turning the topcap; this can be opened with a twist and thus closes the Liquidcontrol at the same time.

The scope of delivery includes a spare glass tank and four AFC screws (0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm and 1.4mm) that are screwed under the winding.
The fine adjustment or air speed can be adjusted in 6 steps via the AFC ring.

The positive pole is adjustable. To avoid turning back the positive pole when screwing the Chariot onto a mod, a left-hand thread was installed.
If you want to extend the positive pole, this is also possible by unscrewing the positive pole, removing the insulator, attaching a second O-ring (included in the spare parts bag) and putting the insulator back again.

This self-winding vaporizer is suitable for advanced MTL vapers.

Notes:
- If the One Gear Topcap can be rotated too loosely, the PVC disc can be inserted between the topcap and the silicone seal. To fix both, please apply a drop of liquid between the topcap and the PVC disc and a drop between the PVC disc and the silicone seal.
- If you need to disassemble the base of your Chariot RTA Titan, please make sure that the internal "PEEK Silencer" (the air ducts in the direction of the base plate) is correctly aligned during assembly and screw in the positive pole screw before inserting the two Phillips screws.
- For NET Liquids, we recommend the 1.8 mm AFC pin. This is part of the optionally available RDL kit. You can set the desired tensile resistance here using the AFC ring.

ATTENTION: This is a self-winding vaporizer. It is delivered without winding, which must be done by yourself.

Changing instructions Chariot RTA Titan:

COMMISSIONING

- Use a flat-head screwdriver to install the desired AFC screw.
- To open and close the pole screws, we have included a 1.5mm flat-head screwdriver. Prepare a winding (we recommend a winding with an inner diameter of 2.5mm) and position it between the poles. Slide the wire ends into the slots provided and screw the pole screws tightly. Remove the wire ends, they must not come into contact with other components.

INSERT COTTON WOOL

- Gently pull the cotton wool through the wrap.
- Cut both ends of the cotton wool flush with the base or alternatively at an angle.
For an optimal result, we recommend that you cut the cotton wool at an angle.


- Thin out the cotton ends as needed (this is not mandatory for diagonally cut cotton wool) and place them in the cotton pockets provided for this purpose on the deck.
You can now adjust the height of the winding if needed to tailor the vaping experience to your habits. However, we recommend leaving the height of the winding as intended.

OPENING AND FILLING THE TANK

Rotate the tank until the markings on the base and tank are on top of each other to remove the tank from the base. This also gives you access to the winding at any time.
If you turn the tank counterclockwise, the liquid control is opened, if you turn the tank clockwise, the liquid supply is closed.
After the Liquidcontrol is closed, you can remove the topcap by a short counterclockwise turn and fill the tank with liquid through the two slots above the tank.

By turning the tank and the topcap clockwise, the topcap is closed and the liquidcontrol is opened. Your evaporator is now operational.
